Eric is a pleasure to work with. Just moved in a new home in SLO and were looking for someone to furnish window treatment. Eric is prompt in responding and came out to meet up with me the next day. Came prepared and provided input and suggestions. He measured all windows and look into details and pointed out some installation restrictions/work arounds---such as tall baseboard and tiling clearance around kitchen window. Also work with my budget. If you are looking for a personal custom window treatment company, he is the guy and provides a wonderful customer experience. He will follow through from design to scheduling and installation.

SLO Shutters is an exception. A prompt reply, Eric made an appointment and showed up right on time. He was well informed for the job I needed and pointed out several issues that effected the idea's I had and improved the project greatly. After we agreed on what I needed , he promptly furnished a detail estimate in writing. He uses the internet as a tool to communicate and reply which I greatly appreciated. He made an appointment to accomplish the project, arrived on time with all materials and completed the project more quickly than I thought it would take. He cleaned up the and left it ready for use. I recommend Eric highly and will certainly use him again should the need arise. )

Approx Two years ago I "picked out" SLO Shutters w/site on the internet, read a few excellent reviews and then called Eric (owner/estimator/installer) .... the very next day Eric called on me and put an estimate together. Long story short this man knows shutters; his product is of the highest quality & more than reasonable.... he arrives when promised and is neat as a pin. Long after installation a tiny issue came up for the first time that needed attention; Eric arrived the next day, made a simple adjustment & was on his "busy" way. Eric is rock solid, a gentlemen and his word is good as gold not to mention he is a master craftsman and is "there" after the sale as promised in the beginning!
